In community spaces across the province, we continually hear calls for enhanced professional development, learning opportunities, and stronger community support. To meet this need, the Youth Mental Health Learning and Sharing Community has partnered with the Saskatchewan Prevention Institute to host a dedicated day of connection, growth, and collaboration.
Key topics and activities include:
- My Curious Brain and Stress Awareness
- Networking
- Superpowers – Opening the Door to Difficult Conversations
- Enhancing Natural Supports
- Big Brothers Big Sisters – I Can Do That
Laura Lawrence will join us as the keynote speaker, delivering her presentation “What Matters Most: The Key to Building Thriving Relationships”, followed by an interactive workshop on “Youth & Tech”.
