Effective Telephone Conversations with Clients Using Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Part 1

October 26, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

COVID-19 has changed the way you do your work. You are now meeting with clients or patients on the phone instead of in-person. Your work before COVID-19 supported clients to consider and make changes to improve their health or well-being with an MI approach. You wonder if doing this work over the phone is effective.

This 2-part interactive webinar series will explore how best to consider using MI during your conversations on the phone. An assignment between sessions will help you to solidify skills. There is no cost for this training.

Who should register for this training?

Anyone working in health or human services providing service to clients by telephone. Previous training in MI is essential.

Your registration will be confirmed by email. A link to the online training will be sent to you a few days before the first session.
