The My Curious Brain book sparks children’s curiosity about how the brain works and provides children and adults with information and activities to support mental health and stress awareness.
My Curious Brain resources make learning about stress and its impacts interesting and fun. As children, parents, caregivers, teachers, and program facilitators become familiar with My Curious Brain, they learn a common, respectful, and fun language for talking about what is happening in our brains, bodies, and behaviours when we experience stress.
This workshop will offer an introduction to the My Curious Brain book, virtual Resource Room, and User Guide, along with strategies and tips on how to use these tools to support children and the adults in their lives.
