Bedtime can be one of the hardest transitions of the day – attachment needs rise, emotions stir, and separation feels impossible. For centuries, parents and caregivers have leaned on lullabies at this tender moment. But what if their power goes far beyond soothing a child to sleep? In this workshop, Dr. Deborah MacNamara explores the hidden wisdom of lullabies through a developmental and attachment lens, offering fresh insight into why this ancient practice still matters today.

In this session, we’ll explore The Hope Matrix and what hopelessness really is, the science of Hope, the SHINE Framework for building Hope, and simple ways parents can help children manage stress, stay connected, and take inspired actions even when life feels hard.
