To request the deletion of your account and data from the My Saskatchewan Pregnancy App, please enter the email address you used to register for the app in the fields below. If there is a matching account associated with this email, it will be deleted, along with any associated data, within 14 days. To revoke this request, please contact info@skprevention.ca. If no revocation request is received, the account deletion will proceed in 14 days, provided an account associated with this email exists.
