Paying Close Attention to Prevent Poisoning

In recognition of National Poison Prevention Week, March 15 – 21, 2020, the Saskatchewan Prevention Institute is hosting a webinar.

The webinar will provide information on:
  • the toxicity of cannabis and safety concerns for children and youth;
  • the importance of education for parents and caregivers based on the current Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS) recommendations; and
  • preventing unintentional poisoning from cannabis in children.

This webinar is relevant to early educators, healthcare professionals, researchers, and community partners.
