Anne Duriez
Anne has worked in the role of Roots of Hope Community Suicide Prevention Coordinator for Meadow Lake and 12 surrounding communities for over 6 years. She has worked for the former Prairie North Regional Health Authority (now SHA) for almost 18 years and worked an additional 7 years in long term care within the North West Health Region, which became part of PNRHA. Prior to becoming the Roots of Hope Coordinator, Anne’s work experience includes 5 years at a KidsFirst as a home visitor, and 5 years with the Parent Mentoring Program and the Robert Simard Detox Center. Since getting her Bachelor of Social Work, Anne has worked with Child and Youth Mental Health, in HIV Outreach and Population Health Promotion, and Adult Mental Health Services. Anne has a certificate as a Home Care/ Special Care Aid (now known as Continuing Care Aid) and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina. She is currently finishing a Master of Social Work.
