Dr. Katherine Flannigan
Dr. Katherine received her PhD in School and Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Alberta, and completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in Pediatrics at the University of British Columbia. She is currently a Research Associate with the Canada FASD Research Network, as well as a Registered Psychologist in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. Dr. Flannigan has been working in the field of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, both through research and clinical practice, for the last 15 years. She is especially interested in the biopsychosocial implications of atypical brain development, as well as environmental factors and intervention approaches that help to support positive outcomes for individuals and their families.
