Lily Patzer

Provincial Program Manager, Aboriginal Head Start Association of BC

Lily Patzer comes from a mixed Aboriginal and European background. She uses her Indigenous knowledge, gained from her grandmother and from the elders in her life, to promote culture and community.

She is a mother, grandmother, teacher, early childhood educator, and the Provincial Program Manager of the Aboriginal Head Start Association of BC. She has been in the educational field for 35 years: 10 years as a teacher and 25 in Aboriginal Head Start. Her passion is promoting leadership and high-quality early childhood programs.
