Tera Hrappstead (BSW, RSW, B.Ed.)

Tera holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina and was raised in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. With specialized training in Visual Arts and Drama, Tera integrates expressive arts and psychoeducational approaches to create meaningful, therapeutic group experiences.

With years of experience supporting infants, children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, Tera is passionate about helping families thrive. As a skilled group facilitator for parents, she is dedicated to building strong foundations and nurturing healthy relationships. Her strength-based approach and commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces ensure that every participant feels supported and empowered.
