Are you interested in bringing cannabis education to the youth that you support? The legalization of cannabis in 2018 for adults over the age of 19 has raised questions, concerns, and interests for many Canadians, including youth.
Please join us for a virtual orientation to REACH (Real Education About Cannabis and Health). REACH is a curriculum resource approved by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education. It was created through a collaborative effort between the College of Nursing and College of Pharmacy. The program was developed using a constructivist approach to risk reduction, health promotion, and health education.
The orientation is intended for adult allies who are interested in learning more about REACH, cannabis education, and how this educational resource can be implemented with youth.
