Carley Pozniak received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010 followed by the successful completion of her pharmacy residency in 2011. She joined the Positive Living Program in 2017 which is a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, a pharmacist, nursing, social work, and case managers who work together to provide care for people living with HIV and Hepatitis C. Carley is passionate about sharing education around HIV medications with other healthcare professionals, students, and patients that will optimize the health and well-being of those living with HIV, as well as prevent new infections from occurring.
