Supporting Neurodiverse Children: Tools for Calm, Connection, and Care

This webinar will explore the concept of neurodiversity and what it means for children and their families. Sensory differences will be discussed, and practical strategies parents can use to support their child during moments of overstimulation will be shared. The powerful tool of meltdown mapping will be introduced, highlighting the importance of recognizing and understanding triggers. Parental dysregulation will also be addressed, exploring pathways to healing and the vital role that self-care plays in nurturing both the child and the caregiver.

    With years of experience supporting infants, children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, Tera is passionate about helping families thrive. As a skilled group facilitator for parents, she is dedicated to building strong foundations and nurturing healthy relationships. Her strength-based approach and commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces ensure that every participant feels supported and empowered.
