All children worry. Anxiety can be helpful and necessary. But for some children, it is a heavy weight to bear that changes how they interact with others and the world. It affects how they think, behave, and feel. It can lead to anger and aggression. It can even increase the risk suicide and self-harm.
This session will cover how we can recognize when anxiety is interfering, and how we can support children struggling with it.

Very easy to listen to and engaging, I took a lot of information away from this session.
This was excellent. Relevant and relatable.

At the end of the presentation Dr. Sarda responds to a few questions about child anxiety during the pandemic.
