Trina Markusson has been studying and practicing mindfulness for over 19 years. She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful Teaching and Mindful-Based Stress Reduction and is certified in EFT (Tapping). She has introduced mindfulness to thousands of people, keynoting conferences, leading professional development sessions/workshops, conducting private sessions and school visits, and now offers EFT Tapping presentations. As a Mindfulness Coach/Speaker, Trina’s passion is sharing these tools with both adults and children so they may live calmer, more present and happier lives.
