This book has been developed to support parents as their children’s sexual health educators. In particular, this book is meant to help parents share important messages with their children on growth and development.

This literature review seeks to address the need for this information by providing an overview of the diagnosis, treatment, care, and support needs of infants through early childhood (birth to age 6). The audience for this report includes health professionals, caregivers, and other adults who may come into contact with children infected with HIV.
