This webinar is directed toward teachers and health educators to increase their knowledge, skills, and capacity to deliver age-appropriate comprehensive sexual health education in their classrooms. This presentation will specifically address the topic of anti-racism in sex education.
Natalya Mason (PgCSH, BA, BSW, RSW, MA) is a sexual health educator on Treaty Six Territory in Saskatoon. She recently completed a Master of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexualities Studie where her graduate work focused on social and emotional barriers to condom use for adolescent girls. She works as the Education Coordinator at Saskatoon Sexual Health. Natalya is a big believer in community, and as such is proud to be a member of the Girl Guides of Canada and the Board of Directors with OUTSaskatoon.
Delilah Kamuhanda is the new Sexual Health Coordinator with Saskatoon Sexual Health and OUT Saskatoon. She is an Ugandan American, born and raised in the Washington DC area. Her work centres sex positivity and inclusivity. Delilah hopes to make sexual health accessible and intersectional.

The Supporting Parents Webinar Series focuses on topics to help parents and caregivers learn how to create environments that help children thrive. These webinars can be used as part of parenting groups or can be used by parents and caregivers independently. Interactive activities are used to share strategies and tips to enhance capacity to raise healthy, safe, and happy children. A recording of the webinar content and activity instructions will be available after each event.
This webinar will discuss a common parenting concern: feeding a family and raising children who are happy, confident eaters. It will guide participants through a framework for creating lasting healthy eating habits for families. Common concerns discussed include: nutrition during pregnancy, developing a positive relationship with food, picky eating in children, and creating a balanced pattern of eating.
